1. Overview
Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable content, all purchases made through the Djaty platform are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link or access has been delivered to the buyer, no refund will be issued.
By completing a purchase on any Djaty storefront, you acknowledge and agree that you have read this Refund Policy and understand that refunds are not available.
2. Why We Do Not Allow Refunds
Digital products are intangible goods that are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, the buyer receives immediate access to the content. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be “returned” once downloaded or accessed. To protect sellers and maintain a fair marketplace, Djaty enforces a strict no-refund policy.
3. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental or duplicate purchases.
- Dissatisfaction with the product content.
- Technical difficulties downloading or accessing the file (please contact support for assistance).
- The product not meeting your expectations.
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, please contact our support team at support@djaty.com. We will work to resolve access issues promptly and ensure you receive the product you paid for.
Resolving a technical access issue does not constitute a refund and does not imply any change to this Refund Policy.
5. Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe your payment information was used without your authorization to make a purchase on Djaty, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately to dispute the charge. You may also notify us at support@djaty.com so we can investigate and, where warranted, take action against fraudulent activity on our platform.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a purchase you made on Djaty, without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support channels, may result in permanent suspension of your account and any seller accounts associated with you.
7. Seller Responsibilities
As a seller on Djaty, you agree to provide accurate and complete descriptions of your digital products. Misrepresentation of products may result in account suspension. Djaty is not responsible for customer disputes arising from inaccurate product listings created by sellers.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to override any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal or refund that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are not affected by this policy.
